• in case a WFS Download Service does not make available a suitable Stored Query for predefined datasets and exactly one coupled resource is identified, the whole content of the WFS is considered as an as-is dataset. In this case, the dataset download link is built as a standard GetFeature request. INSPIRE Geoportal front-end will therefore display the dataset as downloadable
