Περιοχές οικολογικής εστίασης (ΠΟΕ), σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 5 του Καν.640/2014.
Όταν η έκταση της αρόσιμης γης μιας εκμετάλλευσης καλύπτει περισσότερα από 150 δεκάρια, οι αιτητές διασφαλίζουν ότι μια έκταση αντιστοιχούσα τουλάχιστον στο 5% της αρόσιμης γης της εκμετάλλευσης, που δήλωσε ο γεωργός, αποτελεί περιοχή οικολογικής εστίασης.
