Data concerning Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units. Data originated from the Department of Lands and Surveys are the positions of dumping sites in the maritime space of Cyprus.



Data originated from the Department of Environment which include:



1. Elements of surface water where the competent authority expects a large number of people to bathe and has not imposed a permanent bathing prohibition or issued permanent advice against bathing (hereinafter bathing water).



2. Elements of the location of the monitoring point for the surface of bathing waters where the competent authority expects a large number of people to bathe and has not imposed a permanent bathing prohibition or issued permanent advice against bathing (hereinafter bathing water).



Data originated from the Geological Survey Department include polygons of areas where water resources (surface and underground) are vulnerable to nitrate pollution due to agricultural activity.



Data originated from the Water Development Department considering:

1.River Basin District as defined by EU Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC

2.Sewage agglomerations as reported to the EU as part of the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive 91/271/EEC
