"Područja upravljanja - Gospodarska podjela šuma šumoposjednika - Gospodarska jedinica šuma – WMS – INSPIRE“ je mrežna usluga za pregledavanje podataka iz skupa „Područja upravljanja - Gospodarska podjela šuma šumoposjednika - Gospodarska jedinica šuma – INSPIRE“. Usklađena je s INSPIRE direktivom i Zakonom o šumama („NN“, broj 140/05., 82/06., 129/08., 80/10., 124/10., 25/12., 68/12.-Odluka Ustavnog suda, 148/13., i 94/14.). Posluženi podaci su harmonizirani sukladno INSPIRE temi „Područja upravljanja/zaštićena područja/uređena područja i jedinice za izvješćivanje“ i dostupni su za pregled. Sadrži geometriju granica gospodarskih jedinica šuma u Republici Hrvatskoj te odgovaraju mjerilu 1:1000. Navedenu mrežnu uslugu kreira, upravlja i objavljuje Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva Republike Hrvatske.

"Management Areas - Economic division by forest owners - Forest economic unit - WMS - INSPIRE" is a web service for viewing data from the set "Management Areas - Economic division by forest owners - Forest economic unit - INSPIRE". It is aligned with the INSPIRE Directive and the Law on Forests ("NN", No. 140/05., 82/06., 129/08., 80/10., 124/10., 25/12., 68/12.-Decision of the Constitutional Court, 148/13., and 94/14.). The data provided are harmonized in accordance with the INSPIRE topic "Area management/restriction/regulation zones and reporting units" and are available for viewing. It contains the geometry of the boundaries of forest management units in the Republic of Croatia and correspond to a scale of 1:1000. The aforementioned web service is created, managed and published by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia.

Izvorni materijali za izradu podataka o gospodarskoj podjeli šuma šumoposjednika temelje se na odredbama Zakona o šumama, koji uređuje sustav i način upravljanja, gospodarenja, korištenja i raspolaganja šumama i šumskim zemljištima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Uključuju šumskogospodarske planove i programe gospodarenja šumama. Svi prostorni podaci temelje se na katastarskim česticama. Metode obrade podataka uključuju izradu šumskogospodarskih planova i programa gospodarenja šumama, koji se temelje na prikupljenim podacima o stanju šuma i šumskih zemljišta. Dozvoljena geometrija podataka obuhvaća poligone koji predstavljaju prostorni obuhvat svake jedinice. Standardi prikupljanja podataka definirani su zakonskim odredbama koje propisuju način upravljanja i gospodarenja šumama.

The source materials for the production of data on the economic division of forests of forest owners are based on the provisions of the Forest Act, which regulates the system and method of management, management, use and disposal of forests and forest lands in the Republic of Croatia. They include forest management plans and forest management programs. All spatial data are based on cadastral plots.
