INSPIRE View Service: PlannedLandUse / Braunkohlenplan Cottbus-Nord in Brandenburg (WMS-PLU-BKTCOTTBUSNORD)
Der interoperable INSPIRE-Darstellungsdienst (WMS) PlannedLandUse (Braunkohlenplan Cottbus-Nord in Brandenburg) gibt einen Überblick über Abbaubereiche, Sicherheitszonen und Flächennutzungen der Bergbaufolgelandschaft aus dem rechtswirksamen Braunkohlenplan Tagebau Cottbus-Nord (Rechtsverordnung v. 18.07.2006). Gemäß der INSPIRE-Datenspezifikation Land Use (D2.8.III.4) liegen die Inhalte des Plans INSPIRE-konform vor. Der WMS beinhaltet die folgenden Layer:
- LU.2_3_Braunkohlenplan: Ein Braunkohlenplan, wie definiert unter https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/2_3_Braunkohlenplan.
- LU.7_2_7_1_ProspectingAndMiningPermitArea: Das Gebiet, auf dem die Suche, Erkundung oder Gewinnung von Mineralien genehmigt wurde und für das dieses Recht oder diese Genehmigung erteilt wurde.
- LU.7_2_8_Recultivation: Der Rekultivierung zugewiesene Freifläche.

The compliant INSPIRE view service (WMS) PlannedLandUse (Braunkohlenplan Cottbus-North in Brandenburg) provides an overview of mining areas, safety zones and land uses of the post-mining landscape from the legally effective lignite mining plan Cottbus-North open-cast mine (statutory ordinance of 18.07.2006). The content of the plan is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Land Use (D2.8.III.4). The WMS includes the following layers:
- LU.2_3_Braunkohlenplan: A brown coal plan as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/2_3_Braunkohlenplan.
- LU.7_2_7_1_ProspectingAndMiningPermitArea: The area on which the prospection or extraction of any mineral has been authorised and for which that right or permit is granted.
- LU.7_2_8_Recultivation: open space assigned to recultivation.
