Administrative enheter WFS
Tjenesten viser administrative enheter inndelt i fylker og kommuner. Enhetene er avgrenset av riksgrense, territorialgrense, avgrensningslinje i sjø, fylkesgrense og kommunegrense. Enhetene inneholder egenskaper som forteller om offisielle fylkes- og kommunenumre. Offisielle norske og samiske navn for enhetene er hentet fra sentralt stedsnavnregister. I tillegg finnes informasjon om samiske forvaltningsområder. Geometrien er avledet fra matrikkelen, som blir ajourført av kommunene. Riksgrense og territorialgrense er lagt inn fra Kartverkets egne etablerte filer.
