Mit den Innenbereichssatzungen nach § 34 Abs. 4 Nr. 1 bis 3 Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) legen die Gemeinden ergänzend zu der Bebauungsplanung durch eine städtebauliche Satzung fest, den unbeplanten Innenbereich verbindlich vom Außenbereich (§ 35 BauGB) abzugrenzen.
