Der interoperable INSPIRE-WFS Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units / Grenzen der Abschluß-, Haupt-, Rahmenbetriebsplanflächen BB und Flächen unter Bergaufsicht Brandenburg ist ein Downloaddienst, der Daten im Annex-Schema Bewirtschaftungsgebiete/Schutzgebiete/geregelte Gebiete und Berichterstattungseinheiten (abgeleitet aus dem originären Datensatz: Grenzen der Abschluß-, Haupt-, Rahmenbetriebsplanflächen Brandenburg und Flächen unter Bergaufsicht Brandenburg) bereitstellt. Er gibt einen Überblick über die Abschluß-, Haupt-, Rahmenbetriebsplanflächen und Flächen unter Bergaufsicht. Die Abschlußbetriebsplanflächen zeigen die Gültigkeitsbereiche für Bergbaubetriebe unter Bergaufsicht. Der Abschlußbetriebsplan (§ 53 Abs.1 Bundesberggesetz) stellt die technische Durchführung und Dauer der Betriebseinstellung dar. Hauptbetriebsplanflächen zeigen die Gültigkeitsbereiche für Bergbaubetriebe unter Bergaufsicht. Für die Errichtung und Führung eines Betriebes ist ein Hauptbetriebsplan für einen in der Regel zwei Jahre nicht überschreitenden Zeitraum aufzustellen (§ 52 Abs. 1 S. 1 Bundesberggesetz). Rahmenbetriebsplanflächen zeigen die Gültigkeitsbereiche für Bergbaubetriebe unter Bergaufsicht. Der Rahmenbetriebsplan (§ 52 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 Bundesberggesetz) legt den räumlichen, zeitlichen und sachlichen Rahmen fest, in dem die Planungen eines Bergbaubetriebes in einem längeren Zeitraum durchgeführt werden. Bei Flächen unter Bergaufsicht (§ 69 Abs. 1 Bundesberggesetz) unterliegt die Aufsicht über diese Flächen der zuständigen Behörde LBGR. Gemäß der INSPIRE-Datenspezifikation Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units (D2.8.III.11_v3.0) liegen die Inhalte der Karte INSPIRE-konform vor. Der WFS beinhaltet den folgenden FeatureType:

- Bewirtschaftungsgebiet, Schutzgebiet oder geregeltes Gebiet (am:ManagementRestrictionOrRegulationZone): Ein nach einer verbindlichen Vorgabe im Zusammenhang mit der Umweltpolitik oder einer möglicherweise umweltrelevanten Politik oder Tätigkeit auf einer beliebigen Verwaltungsebene (international, Europa, national, regional oder kommunal) bewirtschaftetes, geschütztes oder geregeltes Gebiet.

The compliant INSPIRE-WFS Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units / Grenzen der Abschluß-, Haupt-, Rahmenbetriebsplanflächen BB und Flächen unter Bergaufsicht Brandenburg is a download service that delivers data in the annex schema Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units (derived from the original data set: Boundaries of the closure, main, framework operating plan areas Brandenburg and areas under mining supervision Brandenburg). It provides an overview of closure, main, framework operating plan areas and areas under mining supervision in the State of Brandenburg. The closure operating plan areas show the areas of validity for mining operations under mining supervision. The final operating plan (§ 53 Abs.1 Bundesberggesetz) describes the technical implementation and duration of the cessation of operations. For the establishment and management of a business, a main operating plan is to be drawn up for a period that does not usually exceed two years (S§ 52 Abs. 1 S. 1 Bundesberggesetz). Framework operating plan areas show the areas of validity for mining operations under mining supervision. The general operating plan (§ 52 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 Bundesberggesetz) defines the spatial, temporal and factual framework in which the planning of a mining operation is carried out over a longer period of time. In the case of areas under mining supervision (§ 69 (1) of the Federal Mining Act), supervision of these areas is subject to the competent authority LBGR.
