Die Zonenpläne für die Notfallplanung in der Umgebung der Kernanlagen zeigen die Einteilung der Gemeinden in der Umgebung der Kernanlangen in die Zonen 1 und 2. Das ENSI erstellt und pflegt die Zonenpläne gemäss Art. 3, Abs. 4, der Notfallschutzverordnung (SR 732.33). Die Zone 1 umfasst das Gebiet um eine Kernanlage, in dem bei einem schweren Störfall eine Gefahr für die Bevölkerung entstehen kann, die Schutzmassnahmen sofort erforderlich macht. Die Zone 2 schliesst an die Zone 1 an und umfasst das Gebiet, in dem bei einem schweren Störfall eine Gefahr für die Bevölkerung entstehen kann, die Schutzmassnahmen erforderlich macht. Sie wird in Gefahrensektoren eingeteilt. Für das übrige Gebiet der Schweiz können Planungsgebiete festgelegt werden. Für das Bundeszwischenlager am PSI-Ost und das Zwischenlager ZWILAG in Würenlingen ist eine spezielle Gefährdungszone PSI/ZWILAG festgelegt worden.

Les plans des zones d’urgence au voisinage des installations nucléaires montrent le classement des communes aux alentours des centrales nucléaires dans les zones 1 et 2.L'IFSN élabore et entretient les plans de zones selon l'article 3, par. 4 de l' ordonnance sur la protection en cas d’urgence au voisinage des installations nucléaires (SR 732.33).La zone 1 couvre l’aire proche de l’installation nucléaire où une défaillance grave peut causer un danger exigeant des mesures immédiates de protection de la population.La zone 2 est contiguë à la zone 1 et couvre l’aire où une défaillance grave de l’installation nucléaire peut causer un danger exigeant des mesures de protection de la population. Elle est subdivisée en secteurs de danger.Le reste du territoire suisse constitue la zone 3.Pour le dépôt intermédiaire fédéral à l’IPS-Est et le dépôt intermédiaire SCSI à Würenlingen une zone spécifique de danger de l’IPS/SCSI a été definie.

L'IFSN redige e gestisce i piani delle zone secondo l'art. 3 capoverso 4 dell'Ordinanza sulla protezione d'emergenza (RS 732.33). La zona 1 comprende la regione intorno all'impianto nucleare nel cui perimetro un'avaria grave può cagionare, per la popolazione, un pericolo che rende necessari provvedimenti di protezione immediati. La zona 2 è contigua alla zona 1 e comprende la regione nel cui perimetro un'avaria grave può cagionare, per la popolazione, un pericolo che rende necessari provvedimenti di protezione. The zone plans for emergency planning in the vicinity of nuclear facilities show the breakdown of the municipalities close to the nuclear facilities into zones 1 and 2.
