Datasættet viser udbredelse af naturtyper på habitatdirektivets bilag I. Datasættet gælder for perioden 2013-2018 og er dannet på baggrund af de enkelte naturtypers forekomstdata, og ved hjælp af et it-værktøj som EEA har udviklet (range tool).
