INSPIRE-WMS Land Use / Sachlicher Teilregionalplan II Gewinnung und Sicherung oberflächennaher Rohstoffe der Region Lausitz-Spreewald BB

Der interoperable INSPIRE-WMS ist ein Darstellungsdienst, der Daten im INSPIRE-Zielschema Geplante Bodennutzung (abgeleitet aus dem originären Datensatz: Sachlicher Teilregionalplan II Gewinnung und Sicherung oberflächennaher Rohstoffe der Region Lausitz-Spreewald) bereitstellt. Er gibt einen Überblick über die Vorrang- und Vorbehaltsgebiete der oberflächennahen Rohstoffe aus dem entsprechenden rechtswirksamen Regionalplan (Rechtsverordnung v. 26.08.1998). Gemäß der INSPIRE-Datenspezifikation für Land Use liegen die Inhalte INSPIRE-konform vor. Der WMS beinhaltet die folgenden Layer:

- LU.3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene: Ein Sachlicher Teilregionalplan, wie definiert unter https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene.

- LU.7_2_7_RawMaterials: Offene Fläche, die der Prospektion oder Ablagerung von Material zugewiesen ist.

The compliant INSPIRE-WMS is a view service that delivers data in the INSPIRE target schema Planned Land Use (derived from the original data set: Factual sub-regional plan II Extraction and securing of near-surface raw materials in the Lausitz-Spreewald region). It provides an overview of priority and reservation areas for near-surface raw materials from the corresponding legally effective regional plan (legal ordinance of August 26, 1998). The content is compliant to the INSPIRE Data Specification on Land Use. The WMS includes the following layers:

- LU.3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene: A factual sub plan, as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene.

- LU.7_2_7_RawMaterials: Open space assigned to prospection or dumping of material.
