Podaci „Granice državnih i privatnih lovišta" su prilagođeni INSPIRE temi "Područja upravljanja/ zaštićena područja/uređena područja i jedinice za izvješćivanje".

Zakon o lovstvu (NN 99/18, 32/19 i 32/20) propisuje da je lovište određena površina zemljišta (administrativna) koja je zaokružena prirodna cjelina u kojoj postoje ekološki i drugi uvjeti za uzgoj, zaštitu, lov i korištenje divljači i njezinih dijelova. Državna i privatna lovišta ustanovljava ministarstvo nadležno za poslove lovstva. Sloj prikazuje granice ustanovljenih državnih i privatnih lovišta u Republici Hrvatskoj. Koristi se za potrebe gospodarenja lovištima te za potrebe statistika, javnopravnih tijela i drugih pravnih i fizičkih osoba. Podatke o granicama državnih i privatnih lovišta kreira, upravlja i objavljuje ministarstvo nadležno za poslove lovstva. Podaci su dostupni u skladu s otvorenom dozvolom.

Data "Boundaries of state and private hunting grounds" are adapted to the INSPIRE topic " Area management/restriction/regulation zones and reporting units".

The Law on Hunting (Official Gazette 99/18, 32/19 and 32/20) stipulates that a hunting ground is a certain area of land (administrative) that is a rounded natural entity in which there are ecological and other conditions for breeding, protection, hunting and use of game and its parts. State and private hunting grounds are established by the ministry responsible for hunting. The layer shows borders of established state and private hunting grounds in the Republic of Croatia. It is used for the needs of hunting grounds management and for the needs of statistics, public law bodies and other legal and natural persons. Data on the boundaries of state and private hunting grounds is created, managed and published by the ministry responsible for hunting. Data is available under an open license.

Standardni pristup izrade bazira se na ucrtavanju i ažuriranju administrativnih granica na važećim podlogama topografske karte (1:250000) a nakon terenskog izvida.
