DK INSPIRE PS NatDa
Miljøstyrelsen skal årligt foretage rapportering af nationalt beskyttede arealer til Det Europæiske Miljøagentur (EEA). Dette kaldes rapportering af NatDA (Nationally Designated Areas), tidligere kaldet CDDA (Common Database on Designated Areas). I rapporteringen indgår naturtyper beskyttet efter naturbeskyttelseslovens § 3 (fordelt på offentligt og privatejede arealer), visse naturfredninger og udpegede havstrategiområder, samt Grønlands fredede arealer. Data for de § 3-beskyttede naturtyper og fredede områder stammer fra starten af 2024, mens havstrategiområder er fra 2022 og Grønlands fredede arealer er fra 2021.

NatDA er en datasamling, som udarbejdes af forskellige myndigheder: Naturtyper beskyttet efter naturbeskyttelseslovens § 3 (kommunerne) Arealer fredet efter naturbeskyttelseslovens kapitel 6 eller en bekendtgørelse, og som er IUCN-kategoriserede som naturfredninger (Miljøstyrelsen) Arealer vedtaget som havstrategiområder (Miljøministeriet) Arealer fredet i Grønland (Grønlands Departement for Landbrug, Selvforsyning, Energi og Miljø) Denne version af datasættet indeholder kun den del af indrapporteringen, som omhandler naturtyper beskyttet efter naturbeskyttelseslovens § 3. De resterende dele af indrapporteringen indgår i deres respektive datasæt i INSPIRE (Fredede områder og havstrategiområder) eller ligger udenfor INSPIREs geografiske rammer (Grønlands fredede arealer). De § 3-beskyttede arealer er ikke inddelt i de beskyttede naturtyper.
