Le produit « Sous-rectangles français des rectangles statistiques halieutiques CIEM » contient des données vectorielles sous forme d’objets surfaciques 2D représentant un découpage en sous-rectangles des rectangles statistiques du CIEM. Chaque emprise du produit appartient à un seul rectangle du CIEM. Ce découpage permet de distinguer entre elles les zones de chevauchement sur deux à plusieurs ZEE, les zones d’intérêt fonctionnel ou encore les zones d’intérêt règlementaire.

The “French sub-rectangles of the ICES fishery statistical rectangles” product contains 2D areas vector objects representing a sub-rectangle division of ICES statistical rectangles. Each product polygon belongs to an unique ICES rectangle. This subdivision enables distinction between overlapping areas in two or more EEZs, areas of functional interest and areas of regulatory interest.

- Du trait de côte EUROSTAT utilisé pour la fermeture des emprises à la côte.

The source data used to develop this product come from :

- Sub-rectangular divisions provided by DGAMPA and Ifremer;

- Official maritime boundaries, in particular EEZ limits, territorial sea limits, salt water limits and fishing limits (French and British);

- EUROSTAT coastline used to close polygons to the coast.
