INSPIRE ATOM Download Service for the theme Cadastral Parcels Extended (CPX)
Download Service provides pre-defined data for the extended data model (CPX) of INSPIRE Cadastral Parcels theme using the ATOM technology. The service is publicly available, free-of-charge, covers the whole territory of the Czech Republic and enables downloading of predefined data files for individual cadastral units. Data is created daily (if any change within the cadastral unit occurs). The service fulfils the Technical Guidance for the implementation of INSPIRE Download Services in the version 3.1. Data is provided in the GML 3.2.1 format in the structure given by the INSPIRE specifications and XML schemes in the version 3.0. Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading.

Service was created on the the Directive on construction of spatial data infrastructure in the European Community (INSPIRE), which is valid from 15 May 2007. Into national legislation in the Czech Republic, the Directive was transposed by the Act No. 380/2009 Coll., amending Act No. 123/1998 Coll., establishing the right to information on the environment, as subsequently amended, and Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on surveying and amending and supplementing certain acts related to its introduction, as amended. Full transposition was supplemented by Decree No. 103/2010 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act to provide environmental information.

The CadastralZoning typeName is provided for 100 % of the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78,870 km2 (31st December 2016). Other typeNames (CadastralParcel, CadastralBoundary, Easement, GeodeticPoint, Topographicalname, InnerDrawing, PlanimetrySupplement, OtherBuilding, ProtectedZone, CadastralParcelOriginalGeometry, CadastralBoundaryOriginalGeometry, PlanimetrySupplementOriginalGeometry, InnerDrawingOriginalGeometry, EasementOriginalGeometry a ProtectedZoneOriginalGeometry) are provided only from 99.09% of the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 150.16km2 km2 (i.e. the territory where cadastral map is administrated in digital form DKM/KMD). In the rest of the area, parcels are provided as a typeName AnalogueCadastralParcel.
