Use can only be made of data that have been subject to some previous transformation process that gives rise to a different copyrighted work; The transformation of cadastral data shall not involve alteration of the content of the original data, nor distortion of the meaning thereof and The transformed product should not pass itself as a cadastral product, only as a product making use of cadastral data
