INSPIRE View Service: PlannedLandUse / Regionalplan Sachlicher Teilplan Rohstoffsicherung der Region Prignitz-Oberhavel (WMS-PLU-RPRSPROHV)
Der interoperable INSPIRE-Darstellungsdienst (WMS) PlannedLandUse (abgeleitet aus dem originären Datensatz: Regionalplan Sachlicher Teilplan Rohstoffsicherung der Region Prignitz-Oberhavel ) definiert die Vorrang- und Vorbehaltsgebiete der oberflächennahen Rohstoffe aus dem entsprechenden rechtswirksamen Regionalplan (Rechtsverordnung v. 28.11.2012). Gemäß der INSPIRE-Datenspezifikation Land Use (D2.8.III.4) liegen die Inhalte des Plans INSPIRE-konform vor. Der WMS beinhaltet die folgenden Layer:
- LU.3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene: Ein Sachlicher Teilregionalplan, wie definiert unter https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene
- LU.7_2_7_RawMaterials: Offene Fläche, die der Prospektion oder Ablagerung von Material zugewiesen ist.

The compliant INSPIRE view service (WMS) PlannedLandUse (derived from the original data set: Regional plan Factual sub-plan for securing raw materials in the Prignitz-Oberhavel region) contains data about Priority and reservation areas for near-surface raw materials from the corresponding legally effective regional plan (legal ordinance of November 28, 2012). The content of the plan is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Land Use (D2.8.III.4). The WMS includes the following layers:
- LU.3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene: A factual sub plan, as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/3_3_SachlicherTeilplanRegionalebene
- LU.7_2_7_RawMaterials:: Open space assigned to prospection or dumping of material.
