L’offre « Planification et rapports relatifs à l’assainissement des centrales hydroélectriques » présente les planifications stratégiques des cantons en vue de l’assainissement des atteintes graves que les centrales hydroélectriques existantes occasionnent aux espèces animales et végétales indigènes et à leurs habitats, dans les domaines des éclusées, du régime de charriage et de la migration piscicole, ainsi que les rapports que les cantons doivent remettre tous les quatre ans concernant les mesures réalisées.
