Landesvermessung 1903 (im alten schweiz. Bezugssystem CH1903): Bezugsrahmen basierend auf den ab 1903 erstellten und bisher erneuerten und nachgeführten Lagefixpunkten LFP 1 (resp. Triangulation 1. - 3. Ordnung). Die Koordinatensätze beinhalten auch Gebrauchshöhen, bestimmt aus dem Bezugsrahmen LN02. Die Verdichtung durch die Triangulationsnetze 4. Ordnung (LFP2) und weitere Fixpunkte der Amtlichen Vermessung ist z.Z. noch die Basis für die meisten Vermessungen, Karten, Pläne und GIS. Der Bezugsrahmen verfügt über eine gute Nachbargenauigkeit im cm-Bereich. Für die landesweite, absolute Positionierung ist er aber wegen den vorhandenen Verzerrungen (bis 1.6 m) nur eingeschränkt geeignet. Eine direkte Koordinatentransformation LV95 <-> LV03 ist durch den Datensatz "CHENyx06" gewährleistet und über die ganze Schweiz mit einer Genauigkeit von durchschnittlich +/- 3 cm verfügbar.

Mensuration nationale 1903 (dans l'ancien système de référence suisse CH1903): Cadre de référence basé sur les points fixes planimétriques (PFP 1) de la Triangulation 1er - 3ème ordre établie en 1903 puis rénovée et mise à jour depuis lors. Les coordonnées contiennent également des altitudes usuelles, déterminées à partir du cadre de référence NF02. La densification par les réseaux de triangulation de 4ème ordre (PFP 2) et d'autres points fixes de la mensuration officielle constitue aujourd'hui encore la base sur laquelle s'appuient la plupart des travaux de mensuration, des cartes, des plans et des SIG. Le cadre de référence dispose d'une bonne précision locale (de niveau centimétrique). En revanche, il se prête assez mal au positionnement absolu à l'échelle nationale en raison des déformations existantes pouvant atteindre 1,6 m. La transformation de coordonnées MN95 <-> MN03 directe est garantie par le jeu de données «CHENyx06» pour toute la suisse avec une précision en moyenne de +/- 3 cm.

National surveying 1903 (in the old reference system CH1903): Reference frame based on the triangulation 1st - 3rd order .These were established beginning in 1903 and regularly renewed and updated. The official heights are determined from the reference frame LN02. The densification by 4th order triangulation networks and other control networks of cadastral surveying is still the basis for most surveying activities, maps, plans and GIS. The accuracy between neighboring points is within centimeters. However, the existing distortions (up to 1.6 m) allow only limited absolute positioning in Switzerland. Direct coordinate transformation LV95 <-> LV03 is guaranteed by "CHENxy06" dataset all over Switzerland with a average precision of +/- 3 cm.
