Hauptgruppe der Legendenhierarchie
Die Gliederung der Legendenhierarchie erfolgt auf der Basis geologischer und petrographischer Kriterien in Anlehnung an die Bodenkarte von Hessen im Maßstab 1:50.000. Dabei ist das Ausgangsmaterial der Bodenbildung und dessen Geogense das wesentliche Gliederungsmerkmal.
