PTCP 1998 - Art.26 Business park - Città Metropolitana di Firenze
PTCP approvato con D.P.C. n. 946 del 15/06/1998 (Con Deliberazione del Consiglio Provinciale n. 1 del 10/01/2013 n°1 del 2013 è stata approvata la variante di adeguamento del PTCP ai sensi dell'art.17 della L.R. 1/’05.).Sono definite Business Park le aree produttive di ampie dimensioni da destinare alle seguentiattività: a) produzione industriale e artigianale; b) impianti e attrezzature per trasporti e comunicazione; c) attività terziarie collegate alle attività di cui ai punti a) e b) (a titolo puramente esemplificativo: centri di ricerca, uffici per il marketing, servizi finanziari, ecc.); d) residenze degli addetti e servizi alla residenza; e) parchi, aree verdi e attrezzature sportive; f) aree destinate alla mobilità e ai nodi di interscambio; g) turistico-ricettive di supporto alle funzioni sopraelencate.
