INSPIRE Annex II Theme Orthoimagery - Orthoimage Coverage dataset - Orthophoto 2000
Inspire version of the 2000 Orthophoto for Hungary. This image has been projected to EPSG:23700. The pixel size is 50 cm. Data has been recorded around May-June 2000.
2000-ben elkészült az ország teljes területének légifényképezése. Ezzel párhuzamosan előállításra kerültek az ország teljes területét lefedő 4098 db 1:10 000 méretarányú analóg topográfiai térképek színes nyomatai és a domborzatot, vízrajzot és síkrajzot tartalmazó fedvények Egységes Országos Vetületi (EOV) rendszerbe transzformált raszteres állománya. A domborzati fedvények vektorizálásával elkészült az 5 m x 5 m rácssűrűségű, az országot ugyancsak EOV-ban lefedő Digitális Domborzat Modell (DDM).Az EOV-ba illesztett légifelvételek, valamint az ugyancsak EOV-ban meghatározott DDM alapján az eredeti, perspektív leképezésű légifelvételeket ortogonális vetítésű, térképi rendszernek megfelelő felvételekké lettek átalakítva. Az így kapott digitális ortofotó tartalmát tekintve megegyezik az eredeti légifelvételekkel, ugyanakkor mentes a légifelvételek dőlésszöge és a domborzat hatása okozta geometriai torzulásoktól.
Az előállított digitális ortofotókat ± 0.60 m koordinátahibával, a DDM-t ± 0.70 m magassági hibával jellemezhetjük. Ezzel a pontossággal jellemezhetjük az ország teljes felszínét a milleneum évében rögzített légifelvételek teljes tartalmát megőrző térképi pontosságú digitális ortofotók képelemeinek mérhetőségét. Az egyszerűen olvasható, mindenki számára sokféle információt nyújtó digitális ortofotó egységes térinformatikai alapot képez a különböző felhasználói területek számára. A digitális domborzat modell önállóan is felhasználható pl. árvízvédelem, belvízvédelem, nagy pontosságú lejtőkategória, kitettség , magassági intervallum térképek előállítására.
