Zone covering the submarine prolongation of the land mass out to the deep water, the breadth of which is measured from the outer limit of territorial waters, calculated 12 Nautical Miles from the baselines of Norway Mainland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, to the outer limits of the continental shelf or agreed delimitation lines towards other states
