Rete Natura 2000

La Rete Natura 2000 è lo strumento principale della politica dell'Unione Europea per la conservazione della biodiversità. Si tratta di una rete ecologica istituita ai sensi della Direttiva 92/43/CEE Habitat al fine di garantire il mantenimento a lungo termine degli habitat naturali e delle specie di flora e fauna minacciati o rari a livello comunitario.
