L'USO DEL SUOLO EDIZIONE 2012 MANTIENE INALTERATA LA CLASSIFICAZIONE E SI È PROVVEDUTO AD AGGIORNARE LE CLASSI DELL'ANTROPIZZATO E DELL'IDROGRAFIA. I POLIGONI AGGIORNATI RIPORTANO LA DATA DELLA MODIFICA.
LA FOTOINTERPRETAZIONE HA UTILIZZATO, PER LA TARATURA DELLE FIRME SPETTRALI, IL SISTEMA DI PUNTI DI CONTROLLO A TERRA, GIÀ IMPOSTATO PER LA VERSIONE PRECEDENTE DELL'USO DEL SUOLO. SONO STATE ANALIZZATE LE IMMAGINI AEREE A COLORI NATURALI E INFRAROSSO DEL 2010, FORNITE DALL'AGEA E, PER LA PROVINCIA DI SPEZIA, LE IMMAGINI SATELLITARI WORD VIEW2, AD ALTA RISOLUZIONE ED IPERSPETTRALI DEL 2012.E' presente l'aggiornamento Uso del Suolo sc. 1:10000 - ed. 2018. - Copertura -Intero Territorio Regionale -Origine - Fotoanalisi e fotointerpretazione di immagini digitali aeree e satellitari ad alta risoluzione.
